Sports Guardian own brand bands are a great choice for small clubs, venues and events. There is no cost to the club and the bronze level of the app is free to you and your members.

Getting started with Sports Guardian branded bands couldn't be easier. We'll set you up on our free bronze subscription level (see below) and will let you know as soon as the silver and gold subscription levels are available.Choose your subscription level (see details below):
Simply fill in the relevant details below and click the Sign Up button.
We'll send you a short form to complete so that we can get you set up in the Sports Guardian app.
Once you're set up, we'll email your set up pack which includes:
  • Training information for you and your staff;
  • A draft email for your members/participants; and
  • The link to our Sports Guardian band page.

Choose your annual subscription level

Choose the annual subscription level that suits you. We recognise that occasional visitors may not want to invest in a wristband, so we offer venues and events the opportunity to purchase guest bands at a discounted price. These bands are registered to the club, venue or event rather than to individual users.

Our silver and gold subscription levels offer free guest bands on sign up and additional functionality and reporting.

We’re busy testing our new silver and gold subscription levels which will be available in Q4 2024. These will offer free guest bands annually together with additional functionality and reporting and we’ll let you know as soon as they launch. In the meantime, you can sign up with our bronze subscription level and best of all, it’s free!

Our new admin portal allows you to download attendance statistics, guest information and incident logs as well as manage your staff login IDs, activities/zones and select your session specific data fields. Venues and organisations on our silver and gold subscription levels can also create bespoke reports, including milestone reports.
